I understand that
Lorie Merryman (the artist) may accept or decline the subject matter.
I understand that
balance of payment will be due upon my (the purchaser’s) approval of color copy
“proof” and that once the artist receives my payment, my original art work will
be forwarded to me immediately.
Upon completion, if
you are not completely satisfied with the portrait, you will be under no
obligation to pay the balance of the money owed or to accept the painting.
However, the deposit and the artwork will be mine to keep if you choose not to
accept the portrait.
The amount of time
necessary to complete the portrait will depend on the medium and the current
workload of the artist. The artist and the purchaser will agree on the following
completion date. Note: All supporting materials (photos) for Christmas orders
must be received by the artist by November 1. Please read photography tips
before sending photos.
