I can paint portraits of your ancestors in oil or watercolor from your black & white photos or daguerreotypes.  As paintings, these portraits not only commemorate your ancestors, they can become family heirlooms to be passed down to future generations.

These prices reflect charges for portrait of one person with minimal background detail.  Depending upon the agreement between client and artist, the portrait may consist of head and shoulders, partial or full-length view.  Backgrounds with extensive details will incur extra charges.  Inclusion of pets will also bring extra charges.

Custom Backgrounds are an additional $50 - $300, depending on their size and complexity.
Additional subjects range from $100 - $200 extra, depending on the portrait size.
